- How would you describe your style?
-
Family photo sessions should be fun and stress free. I have a candid and fast photography style, but I also like to get a perfect posed family photo. Many clients say that this is the most important photo to get because it takes a professional photographer to get everyone in place, looking good and looking at the camera. You will get that shot and many more candid, laughing, playful photos to remember your family at this moment in time.
- What should we bring to the photo shoot?
-
Make sure everyone has been fed before the photoshoot. It’s always a good idea to bring water. If we are shooting outdoors, I recommend bug spray in the summer months, and layered clothing in the fall.
- Do you offer studio sessions as well?
-
Yes, I do offer sessions in my Maidstone studio. This is a great option for smaller families, or families with small children who cant make a shoot at “golden hour” which is around 8 or 9pm in the summer months.
- When do we pay you?
-
You will pay $99 down and then the remainder is due 24 hours BEFORE your session. I will send a remainder invoice to you so you can have your final payment made on time. You can pay via credit card or etransfer if you prefer.
- How do we pay you?
-
The $99 retainer is payable via credit card online or by etransfer, in studio I can accept any form of payment. Credit card, interac or cash is prefered.
- When the session is complete how long will it be before our images are ready?
-
Your images will be ready for viewing within 2 weeks of your session date. Once your proofing gallery is presented you will have 6 days to choose your favourites. If you would like to purchase prints/products, that option will be made available once your final images are delivered.
- Can I get actual prints from you?
-
Yes of course! At Gray & Arbor we have a passion for printed product. After all a digital file is not a finished work of art, and we want the absolute best for our clients!
